Junior Windows Administrator
Job Summary
This full-time Junior Windows Administrator role is based in Skopje, operating fully remote. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Windows Administrator to support the maintenance and day-to-day administration of Windows-based server and workstation environments for MSP clients. In this junior-level role, you will assist with identity and access management, system patching, and routine administrative tasks while following established operational procedures. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure system stability, security, and compliance across customer environments. This position requires clear and professional communication in both Macedonian and English for accurate documentation, ticket updates, and client interactions, and offers strong opportunities to grow into more advanced systems administration roles.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Assist with configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of Windows systems.
- Support Active Directory changes and identity lifecycle tasks.
- Monitor system health and escalate issues appropriately.
- Contribute to patch management and basic system hardening.
- Create simple Python scripts for administrative tasks.
- Maintain documentation in English and Macedonian.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Introductory experience with Python scripting.
- Required: Proficiency in English and Macedonian (written and spoken).
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, remotely from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
