Mid Level Azure Administrator
Job Summary
This full-time Mid-Level Azure Administrator role is based in Skopje, operating fully remote. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mid-Level Azure Administrator to manage and support cloud resource operations, networking, identity services, and security controls for multi-tenant MSP client environments. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day Azure administration, ensure the stability and security of cloud resources, and support customer-facing operational activities. You will work closely with internal teams to implement best practices, resolve complex issues, and maintain well-governed Azure environments. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and document technical work, and is ideal for a professional ready to operate with increased responsibility within cloud infrastructure operations.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Azure compute, storage, networking, and identity and access management (IAM).
- Implement conditional access, least-privilege models, and governance controls.
- Configure cloud networking, including firewalls, VPNs, routing, and hybrid connectivity.
- Develop Python automation scripts and cloud tooling.
- Monitor performance, optimize costs, and support disaster recovery (DR) planning.
- Lead mid-size cloud deployments and migration efforts.
- Solid knowledge of Azure administration and cloud operations.
- Experience with identity, networking, and security baselines.
- Experience with Python-based automation.
- Required: Advanced proficiency in English and Macedonian (written and spoken).
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, remotely from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
