Job Summary

This full-time Senior Azure Administrator role is based in Skopje, operating fully remote. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Azure Administrator to architect, lead, and manage Azure cloud environments across multiple customers. In this senior-level role, you will take ownership of designing cloud infrastructure, implementing security and governance controls, and leading complex deployments and migrations. You will provide guidance to junior and mid-level administrators, troubleshoot advanced technical issues, and collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable cloud solutions. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills to effectively interact with customers, document solutions, and lead operational and strategic initiatives in cloud environments.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Architect Azure identity, networking, and security solutions.
  • Lead tenant migrations, cloud integrations, and modernization initiatives.
  • Develop advanced Python automations and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
  • Establish governance, policies, landing zones, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex cloud issues and performance problems.
  • Present architectural recommendations in English to customers.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level cloud administrators.
  • Expert-level understanding of Azure cloud architecture.
  • Strong design, troubleshooting, and operational leadership skills.
  • Advanced Python development skills.
  • Required: Proficiency in English and Macedonian (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, remotely from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
